995bt Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 995bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 995bt website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and payment processing. By creating an account, logging in, or placing a wager on 995bt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

995bt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via their registered contact details, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with 995bt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any 995bt service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on 995bt. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Account Closure

Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 995bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 995bt does not charge currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via selected Bangladeshi banks. Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 995bt, though your payment provider may have its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Deposit funds are credited to your 995bt account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 995bt reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is determined to originate from a prohibited source, to be associated with fraudulent activity, or to violate these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may require submission of government-issued identification to confirm account ownership.
• Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 995bt reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

995bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have a fully registered, verified account and who have not previously self-excluded or been excluded by 995bt.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 995bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are mid-wagering, any already-satisfied portion of the wagering requirement will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable; only winnings derived from bonus play that have satisfied the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit, or providing false information — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 995bt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 995bt.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings derived from a platform error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or depositing funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 995bt staff members via any communication channel including live chat and support email.

995bt's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal written complaint to the 995bt support team, who will conduct a review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 995bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. This limitation applies whether the damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 995bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

995bt does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. 995bt will endeavour to minimise downtime and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to the 995bt internal complaints procedure. Players must contact 995bt support in writing and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved. 995bt will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the parties may seek resolution through an appropriate independent dispute resolution mechanism.

11. Amendments to These Terms

995bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last update clearly displayed. Your continued use of the 995bt platform after any such amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
